The Process is Hassle Free For You:
- We customize each project to suit the property. Starting with writing
the script to illustrate the benefits, features and amenities the home
has to offer.
- Using state of the art Video equipment, we capture 29 frame per second
cinematic quality footage of the property.
- The footage is then edited on a Computer Video editing System. -
Transitional Effects, Advanced Color Correction Techniques and vivid
Motion Graphics are added to enhance the visual experience.
- The script is recorded by Voice Narrators, then mixed with original
music tracks that harmonizes with the feel of the property.
- Your video is then integrated into a fully interactive DVD. Any
additional
bonus material can be added at this point as well.
- The Video Tour is delivered to you on 10 Free DVD copies. If desired
we will also take care of your duplication needs for a nominal extra fee. Note that we offer free label and
cover art work.
- We then render your video for on line viewing. The video file can
be
hosted and maintained on our server and we supply you with a link for your
web site.
- Finally we convert your video to Flash format (.swf) ready to be
incorporated into your own web site. Click on the links to the left to see

- As an extra "Bonus" your video can be converted and uploaded as
"searchable" on to Google, the largest search engine on the Internet.
